What We Do - Dress Barn Clothes Closet

A warm coat, school clothes, an “interview” suit, sleepwear for a growing baby.

People to People provides more than just food. The Dress Barn Clothes Closet offers gently used clothing to our recipient families.

Donations from the community are made available to Rockland residents in need. We will gladly accept donations of season-appropriate clean clothes for children and adults in good condition. Please, no ripped, stained or dirty clothing. And please understand that the Clothes Closet is just not large enough to accommodate donations of clothes not appropriate for the current season. No coats in July! No shorts in January!

To People also accepts donations of dishes, kitchenware, small appliances (and we mean SMALL!), bedding and towels in nearly new condition. Please - no chipped dinnerware, torn or stained bedding or towels, broken or damaged appliances.

Clothing or housewares donations in excess of $500 in value must be itemized according to federal income tax regulations.
